SupplyForce, a King of Prussia, PA–based MRO B2B portal that helps independent distributors participate in national account sales, faced rising customer demand to purchase online but lacked the technology to display products from many distributors and to integrate orders for buyers using multiple ERP systems. To address this shift, SupplyForce selected Unilog and its CIMM2 e-commerce platform to provide a user-friendly web catalog capable of handling multi-distributor product data and complex order integration.

Unilog implemented CIMM2, delivering an integrated PIM, CMS, site search and shopping cart on a single platform for faster deployment and less third-party integration. After relaunching the site in 2011, SupplyForce saw an upsurge in online orders, lower operating costs as more customers self-serve, and web sales growing to 15% of total sales — demonstrating improved customer service and measurable business impact from Unilog’s solution.
