Unilog integrated CX1 Showroom with CX1 SPEX Builder to give customers full product-line visibility, advanced search/filtering, shareable wish lists and in-tool Q&A, while sending staff notifications and centralizing project data. The result: quoting that once required handwritten notes and hours can now be produced in minutes, staff collaboration is faster, online engagement increased sales opportunities, and the site kept retail operations functioning through COVID — delivering clear efficiencies and a transformed retail experience for The Bourneuf Corporation.
