The solution from Uniguest involved deploying Nest Hub voice assistants in all 32 of the hotel's properties, replacing the existing analog telephone system. This implementation freed up reception staff by handling routine guest inquiries, significantly reduced calls to housekeeping, and eliminated the costs associated with purchasing and maintaining traditional landline phones. Uniguest's technology successfully achieved all of Village Hotels' goals, streamlining service and boosting overall customer satisfaction.
