The SSE Arena in Belfast faced the challenge of outdated technology hindering customer engagement, with long dwell times during events providing an opportunity for improved communication. To modernize the venue, they partnered with Uniguest to implement the Tripleplay digital signage and IPTV platform, seeking a stadium-wide visual communications solution.

Uniguest provided a flexible, browser-based solution that managed content across approximately 200 digital displays and six videowalls. This allowed the arena to instantly update promotions, pricing, and safety messaging remotely. The project was completed in about eight weeks, resulting in a transformed fan experience that received excellent customer feedback and successfully enhanced engagement and communication throughout the venue.
