RCP deploys Tripleplay digital signage and room booking solution

The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) required a solution to enhance the atmosphere and visitor experience at its new Liverpool building, The Spine. Their challenge was to support their modern, biophilic design and sustainability goals by replacing paper-based communications with a dynamic digital system. To meet this need, the RCP chose to partner with Uniguest and deploy its Tripleplay digital signage platform.

Uniguest implemented a comprehensive Tripleplay solution consisting of digital signage for wayfinding, event schedules, and promotional content, alongside Reserva digital room booking panels. This created a flexible, paperless communication system that could be easily rebranded for different events and updated centrally. The results included an enhanced, modern visitor experience, significant support for the RCP’s sustainability mission by reducing waste, and increased operational efficiency for staff managing the space.
