The Uniguest solution involved deploying over 5,200 displays and LED screens, including massive synchronized exterior signs and interior digital menu boards that integrated with EPOS for real-time updates. The results were profound, enabling Resorts World to captivate guests, drive third-party advertising revenue with extensive proof-of-play reporting, streamline operations, and reduce reliance on staff. The vendor's technology, including low-latency encoders and frame synchronization, also allows for live event streaming, creating a powerful AV ecosystem that is critical to the resort's success.
