Uniguest implemented its Eversound Visitation Package, which used wireless, long-range technology to enable clear two-way communication through barriers like windows and masks. This solution allowed for safe in-person and virtual visits. The measurable impact was significant, with over 5,700 safe visits successfully conducted across Maplewood's 15 communities within just a three-month period.
