Kaspersky Lab, a rapidly growing global IT security vendor, needed a high-performance, scalable B2B channel collaboration and multi-channel communication solution because its existing CRM and basic portal offerings could not support increasingly sophisticated partner needs. To improve partner onboarding, training, joint selling and reporting while integrating with Salesforce.com, Kaspersky engaged Zift Solutions to replace and extend its channel management capabilities.
Zift Solutions delivered a phased implementation—including Salesforce integration, a global multilingual portal, sales and marketing automation, partner self-profiling, training and certification automation, and a custom quote tool—which went live in summer 2012. The Zift Solutions platform produced measurable benefits for Kaspersky Lab: increased channel recruitment, faster onboarding, higher uptake of training and certification programs, improved joint-sales collaboration and targeted communications, and ultimately stronger channel-driven growth and profitability.
