Ana G. Méndez University System (AGMUS), a private higher education institution in Puerto Rico, needed a modern digital campus experience for students, faculty, staff, and alumni. The university wanted a reliable portal, mobile, and single sign-on solution that could work across desktop and mobile while also giving each university its own branded experience. Unifyed Mobile & Portal was selected to help address challenges such as multiple usernames and passwords, a lack of centralized document access, and the need to integrate systems like Banner, Blackboard, and Office 365.
Unifyed implemented a student, faculty, and staff portal and mobile platform, along with QuickLaunch for single sign-on, creating six branded portals and mobile apps across AGMUS universities. The solution centralized communication, added a searchable document repository, and unified access to key applications under one login. According to the case study, the platform has served more than 40,000 students and helped improve student recruitment, retention, and overall engagement, while giving users a more seamless and satisfying digital experience.
