St. Gregory’s Catholic School - Customer Case Study

St. Gregory’s Catholic School, a state school in South East UK, needed a better way to manage personal statements and references for 110 students. Staff were relying on handwritten submissions and a spreadsheet to track progress, which created a messy paper trail and raised concerns that information could be lost. The school was also looking for a single platform that included university search, apprenticeship search, competency logging, personal statement drafting, and tools for teachers to enter predicted grades and references.

The school chose Unifrog, which brought those tasks into one place and was described as easy to use. St. Gregory’s said Unifrog gave students more insight into their options, raised aspirations, and increased confidence across the ability spectrum, while also helping teachers and administrators monitor progress. The platform also removed the personal statement paper trail and included a university search feature showing the grades and qualifications most applicants achieved for each course.
