Wentworth Wooden Puzzles, a premium direct-to-consumer jigsaw retailer, needed a clearer, unified view of its global customer base. Its customer data was fragmented across products ordered, website browsing behavior, customer communications, and order history, making accurate demand forecasting and customer marketing difficult.
