Direct Commerce Award Winner Muck Munchers Licenses Unifida to Drive Customer Value Growth

Muck Munchers, a home shopping business that sells probiotic bacteria for septic tanks and has grown to about 20,000 customers since 2014, needed better insight into how browsing translated to buying, faster and more accurate campaign reporting, and a single customer view to drive cross‑sell and reduce attrition. To solve this, Muck Munchers licensed UniFida’s cloud‑based data‑driven marketing platform.

UniFida implemented a “digital passport” that stitches identifiers (email, mobile, name, address, customer number, cookie ID), enriched customer records with RFM and attrition scores, and delivered dashboards and smart selection tools for targeted email/mail campaigns based on web activity. UniFida also introduced an advanced attribution method to allocate orders without direct source codes by matching to customer files and third‑party lists (with pro‑rata assignment where needed), resulting in much faster, more accurate campaign reporting, better linkage of browsing to purchases, and improved ability to run cross‑sell and retention campaigns.
