Championship League Club faced fragmented supporter data across five different systems and needed a single, actionable view to improve website development, engagement, communications and supporter profiling. The club engaged UniFida to build a “single supporter view” (digital passport) by consolidating identifiers like email, mobile, address, supporter number and cookie ID.
UniFida matched 693k input records from five systems down to 213k individual supporters, enabling near‑real‑time dashboards for ticket and merchandise transactions, email contact density, online browsing and multi‑channel engagement. UniFida’s analysis also revealed ticket ownership patterns (65% self‑purchased, 13% donor purchases, 21% received as gifts), supporting targeted communications, better recruitment/retention strategies, reduced email waste and website changes aligned to supporter interests.
