Working together they delivered Aurion 11 through an innovative modernization plan, tapping Uniface’s talent pool and using an agile “follow the sun” development model across New Zealand, Australia and the Netherlands. The ambitious project met specifications, finished on time and on budget, sped time-to-market and preserved strong operational performance (including 99% payroll accuracy and 100% timeliness and compliance), positioning Aurion for continued growth.
