Eurogames Stockholm 2015, one of the world’s largest LGBTQ events, needed a fast and reliable way to keep participants, visitors, and media informed before, during, and after the tournament. With more than 5,000 participants from 71 countries and a small communications team, the organizers turned to Ungapped for email communications to handle the challenge of sharing timely, multilingual event information.

Using Ungapped, Eurogames created templates and design guidelines for different audience groups and sent event updates, schedules, travel bookings, tournament news, and press releases with a simple drag-and-drop workflow. The campaign helped the team communicate efficiently and analyze performance through platform statistics, supporting awareness for EuroGames and contributing to the event’s success in attracting over 200,000 visitors.
