The customer, OZ Design Furniture, required a complete overhaul of its ecommerce systems and user experience to better serve its customers and seamlessly manage operations across its 44 stores and online. The challenge was to create a more desirable and functional shopping journey while integrating complex backend management of orders, inventory, and product data. They partnered with the vendor UnDigital to achieve this.

UnDigital implemented a headless ecommerce ecosystem for OZ Design Furniture, which included a new system architecture, a custom product information management system, a React JS front end, and an Adobe Commerce backend. This solution integrated with internal warehouse systems and delivered a brand new UX/UI. The project was executed in three phases over about eight months and resulted in a 50% reduction in operational costs for the client.
