LuvLink saves tens of thousands with UnDigital mobile app

The customer LuvLink approached the vendor UnDigital to create a mobile application for their customers. The challenge was to build an app that would allow users to set up LuvLink's products, customize the settings of their internet-connected devices, and communicate with friends.

UnDigital executed a hybrid React Native app that communicates via a custom-built API to an MQTT server. This solution saved LuvLink tens of thousands of dollars in development and maintenance costs. A key result was the implementation of a message storage facility that allows the app to send messages to devices even when they are offline.
