Uncountable partners with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in screening of Kinase structure

St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital faced the challenge of scaling structural kinase research—screening hundreds of mutations across fifteen kinase families and analyzing high-throughput NMR and chromatography data—while combating drug resistance driven by ABL-family fusion proteins. To manage the volume and variety of experimental files and preserve scientific integrity, they partnered with Uncountable and adopted the Uncountable Platform, a cloud-based SaaS R&D data platform.

Uncountable configured custom uploaders, a well-plating interface, contig assembly and 2D NMR visualization tools, and SFTP automation so researchers could ingest, search, filter and overlay 96‑well assay and NMR results quickly. The Uncountable Platform let St. Jude’s team access three years of project data, automate formerly manual tasks, support screening of hundreds of mutations, and avoid thousands of hours of work—delivering faster, more reliable analysis and collaboration across the lab.
