Elite Supplements, a Canberra-based sports and nutrition retailer with roughly 1,000 SKUs, struggled with poor product discovery: no AI-driven recommendations and a weak autosuggest led to low conversions, high bounce rates, and abandoned searches. To address this, Netcore Unbxd (Unbxd) was engaged to provide its AI-powered product discovery, personalization and visually guided autosuggest capabilities.

Netcore Unbxd deployed personalized recommendation widgets and real-time AI engines across search, product and cart touchpoints, plus an enhanced autosuggest with thumbnails and categories. The results were substantial: recommendations drove a 55.14% revenue uplift, search improvements contributed a 31.5% revenue gain, per-session value rose 16.13%, overall conversion improved ~11.7%, and zero-query results fell by 75%, among other KPIs.
