Campaign Monitor, a leader in email marketing used by brands like Apple, Coca-Cola and Airbnb, wanted to convert more website visitors into leads without creating new content. Their challenge was to leverage existing in-depth resources to engage users who were about to abandon the site.
Working with ConversionLab, they deployed Unbounce Convertables—targeted exit overlays built with Unbounce’s drag-and-drop builder—to offer a relevant email marketing resource to abandoning visitors. The top-performing overlay converted at 10.8%, capturing 271 leads in one month with no negative impact on on‑page conversions, and enabled rapid publishing and ongoing A/B testing to further improve results.
