Canvas Factory, an e-commerce retailer of custom canvas prints, faced a common problem: many visitors left the site without purchasing, and the company wanted to drive more revenue from existing traffic without increasing ad spend. They launched a single exit-intent popup offering $10 off a first order in exchange for an email, shown once per visitor across select product pages and the blog.
