New Balance Chicago, a group of independently owned brick-and-mortar stores, needed to drive and track real in‑store purchases rather than ecommerce. Traditional digital tactics and Facebook Offers reached many people but produced few trackable sales, and sending traffic to the national site wasn’t an option for local stores.
