allWomen is a Barcelona-based academy on a mission to close the gender gap in tech by upskilling women for roles in data, product, web development, UX/UI and more. They face a tough landscape—only about 25% of tech jobs are held by women, slow industry progress, workplace barriers, and a crowded continuing-education market while intentionally addressing only half the potential student pool.
Their solution centers on community-driven marketing: industry-led courses, open webinars, networking, strong design-led landing pages, and focused social PPC rather than generic Google Ads. They pair relentless A/B testing and AI-powered Smart Traffic with a “just do it” experimentation mindset. In three years they’ve grown to 11 employees, 20 instructors, 280 graduates and thousands in their community, with 80% of students hired into target roles and landing-page conversion rates between 16%–52% (well above the education median), with further uplift from AI optimization.
