ConstructConnect, a project management platform for contractors and manufacturers, began using Unbounce to boost demo sign-ups but had only a handful of landing pages and wanted to test whether small creative changes could raise conversions on an email-driven page that was already converting at 17%. The challenge was to quickly learn which visuals and messaging resonated without a heavy testing lift.

They used Unbounce’s Smart Traffic and built a few lightweight variants—swapping background imagery, changing an overlay color, and turning a headline from a statement into a question. Within about 50 visits Smart Traffic learned which versions performed best, routing traffic to variants converting 23–24% while deprioritizing a 14% variant; after one month overall conversions rose more than 35%, yielding roughly 125 net additional leads and prompting ConstructConnect to roll Smart Traffic out to more campaigns.
