Tili asked Equator to design and build a digital home-move assistant — Ask Tili — that would act as a one-stop shop for tenants to set up essential services. The brief required a GDPR-compliant, responsive, white‑labelable solution that improved data collection, increased direct-debit uptake and enabled lead monetisation; the platform was crafted using Umbraco CMS.

Equator implemented a five-part solution (self-service, telephony, admin portal, brochure site and Umbraco CMS) to create streamlined user journeys for tenants, agents and administrators. Umbraco powered the CMS backbone enabling integrations, accessibility and a fast, responsive UX; the result is an “intelligent” move process in under 10 clicks that has engaged thousands of users since launch in April 2018.
