Skoringen, the largest footwear retail chain in Denmark and Norway, needed to replace an outdated, unresponsive website that couldn't support omnichannel features like click-and-collect, real-time store stock or personalized experiences. To meet ambitious omnichannel and editorial goals, Skoringen turned to Umbraco and its Umbraco Heartcore headless CMS to provide a fast, editor-friendly platform for creating AI-based personalized content.

Umbraco implemented a Headless Single-Page Application on Umbraco Heartcore (leveraging Umbraco Cloud and Azure) with microservice integrations, a visual content editor and AI-driven personalization tied to POS and behavioral data. The new solution made editing and multi-country content delivery seamless and drove measurable results: overall conversion rate +19%, mobile conversion +32% and drive-to-store rate +49%, along with higher customer satisfaction.
