Nivå-Kokkedal Football Club (NKF) is a local grassroots club of about 400–500 members across roughly 20 teams. The club struggled with twice-yearly team and tournament changes that left website data outdated, links broken and a volunteer webmaster overwhelmed. To address this, NKF adopted DBU’s KlubCMS built on Umbraco Cloud, using Umbraco as the underlying CMS platform.

Using KlubCMS on Umbraco Cloud, NKF cloned the DBU master site and a volunteer with little technical experience built the new site within weeks. Umbraco’s modular CMS and DBU integration automated score, league and team updates, eliminated repeated manual edits, restored accurate links, freed volunteer time for content and community work, and plugged NKF into a support network used by 300+ clubs with ongoing improvements.
