Motor Village, FCA’s wholly owned dealer group in London, needed a user-friendly, reliable and visually striking website to represent multiple brands (Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Abarth), drive sales and showcase offers, fleet and aftersales services. To meet these requirements and compete in a crowded market, the project was built on the Umbraco CMS as its foundation.
Visarc delivered a custom Umbraco-based solution with SEO-focused site architecture, an SEO Metadata plugin and CMS-managed vehicle offer integration; early results show organic traffic up 12% within weeks, a 5.56% conversion rate from SEO in Feb 2018, a 3.09% AdWords conversion rate that drove 130 calls, maintained traffic through migration and improved keyword rankings — outcomes that demonstrate the effectiveness of Umbraco in the project and culminated in Best Dealer Website at the AM Awards 2018.
