Lighthouse, a new landmark apartment development in Aarhus, needed to sell and engage buyers long before construction finished. The challenge was to give potential buyers a realistic, immersive preview of apartments and the neighbourhood and to keep prospects engaged throughout a lengthy build period. To meet this need, the project team built a digital experience on Umbraco (Umbraco 7.7) as the central content platform.
The Umbraco-powered solution delivered an award-winning 3D “experience universe” website—complete with interactive videos, timelapse construction log, apartment plans and HubSpot integration for inbound marketing and lead qualification. Using Umbraco enabled automated, targeted communications and seamless lead management; within three months newsletter subscribers grew 40%, 43% of subscribers were sales-qualified leads, and more than 50 apartments were sold or reserved.
