Elkedjan, Sweden’s largest national chain for electrical installers with 1,600+ members across 190 locations, needed a way to connect member firms, boost brand awareness and increase user engagement across B2B and B2C audiences. Working with Gold Partner Toxic Interactive Solutions, the organisation chose Umbraco as the CMS/platform to replace fragmented systems and deliver a unified digital experience including an intranet/app, member websites and a public-facing site.

Using Umbraco as the technical foundation, Toxic built a social-style app/intranet for member collaboration, templated member sites for fast time-to-market, and a public site with a powerful installer search and clear brand presentation. The Umbraco-based solution drove more engaged members, faster peer-to-peer problem resolution, tighter brand control and increased traffic for Elkedjan and its members.
