Normal, a retail chain selling everyday household products, needed a fast, user-friendly website that reflected its straightforward brand voice and supported an imminent nationwide TV campaign. Working with the Umbraco CMS, the team faced a tight timeline — only one month to deliver a mobile-first site with multi-language support and simple content tools so Normal’s staff could add content themselves.

Using the Umbraco CMS solution, the vendor delivered a mobile-first, easy-to-manage website on schedule, implemented multilingual SEO via meta tags, and trained key employees to be self-sufficient. The site went live to match the TV launch, has since expanded from the initial two languages to five (with a sixth planned), and improved customer mobile experience and search indexing — meeting Normal’s deadline and operational goals.
