UMA was engaged by a premier league football club to develop a return-to-workplace and hybrid working strategy. The club required a solution to manage desk and room bookings while maintaining the flexibility to quickly adapt social distancing measures across their stadium and office environments.
The solution implemented by UMA digitized the club’s floor maps and integrated them with Office 365 calendars, connecting all desk and meeting space resources. UMA provided a simple user experience, notably a slider tool on the digital floor maps that allowed the client to easily define and adjust which desks were non-bookable to meet changing social distancing needs.
