A Ultrasystems Environmental Case Study
The Stanislaus Regional Transit Authority (StanRTA) sought to develop a new Multi-Modal Hub in Ceres, California. Their challenge was navigating the environmental compliance process required for the project's federal funding. StanRTA selected Ultrasystems Environmental to provide CEQA/NEPA services and prepare the necessary environmental documentation for the site acquisition and development.
Ultrasystems prepared an Opportunities and Constraints Assessment to support the initial property acquisition under a Categorical Exclusion. The vendor is also preparing the full FTA NEPA Categorical Exclusion and a CEQA Notice of Exemption for the hub's development, supported by technical studies on air quality and noise. This solution from Ultrasystems is enabling StanRTA to progress with its property acquisition and development plans in compliance with all federal and state environmental regulations.
