Secutrac Engineering advances a 7-acre Murrieta senior living project with Ultrasystems Environmental

Ultrasystems Environmental was hired by Secutrac Engineering to provide environmental planning services for the Murrieta Senior Living Facility Project. The challenge was to prepare an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) and associated technical studies to comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for a proposed senior living facility on a vacant parcel in Murrieta, California.

Ultrasystems prepared all required environmental documentation and technical studies for areas including air quality, greenhouse gas, noise, and cultural resources. Their solution identified potential impacts and proposed specific mitigation measures to reduce them to a less than significant level. These measures were incorporated into a Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan, allowing the project to move forward in compliance with CEQA.
