Oasis Growth Partners develops a 25-acre Alliance Regional Center with Ultrasystems Environmental

Ultrasystems Environmental was engaged by Oasis Growth Partners, LLC to support the environmental review for their proposed Alliance Regional Center development in Imperial, California. The challenge was to conduct technical studies required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the project, which included a Holiday Inn hotel, restaurants, and an office building, specifically focusing on air quality, greenhouse gas, and noise impacts.

To address this, Ultrasystems performed a comprehensive analysis. This included using URBEMIS 2007 modeling to estimate construction and operational air quality impacts, conducting a conformity analysis with regional air quality plans, and performing ambient noise sampling to characterize existing conditions. The Ultrasystems team successfully provided the necessary technical studies to support the CEQA documentation, ensuring the project's compliance by analyzing its potential air quality, greenhouse gas, and noise impacts.
