LA-RICS evaluates 232 sites with Ultrasystems Environmental
The customer, LA-RICS, required comprehensive environmental assessment and compliance services for a proposed system spanning 232 sites. Ultrasystems Environmental was selected to address these challenges under NEPA and CEQA regulations.
Ultrasystems prepared a Master Environmental Assessment and a Biological Assessment to analyze and mitigate impacts for 231 proposed sites. Their solution also secured a statutory exemption from CEQA. The vendor successfully managed the entire process, which included cultural resources analysis, agency consultations, and public outreach to achieve full regulatory compliance for the large-scale project.
