City of West Hollywood advances 9160-9176 Sunset Boulevard project with Ultrasystems Environmental on a 0.43-acre site

The City of West Hollywood sought to conduct an environmental review for its proposed five-story mixed-use landmark building with an LED screen facade on Sunset Boulevard. The city hired Ultrasystems Environmental to prepare a California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Environmental Impact Report to address this challenge.

Ultrasystems Environmental conducted the required technical assessments for areas including air quality, biological resources, and traffic. Their solution also included providing support for public distribution and hearings. The result was a comprehensive EIR that enabled the City of West Hollywood to move forward with its project in compliance with CEQA regulations.
