The City of Anaheim School District faced the challenge of assessing the environmental impacts for a proposed new elementary school within Anaheim's Platinum Triangle. They enlisted Ultrasystems Environmental to provide CEQA compliance services, including an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND).

Ultrasystems conducted a comprehensive analysis, using URBEMIS 2007 for an air quality impact assessment and a localized analysis for construction activities.
