How Proveda and UC Marketplace created a closed service marketplace to manage their internal home visits within the aged care sector

Proveda, formerly known as Community Care Northern Beaches (CCNB), is a not-for-profit healthcare provider supporting aged care, disability, mental health, and end-of-life care. To better manage Home Care service requests and improve coordination between care teams and service providers, Proveda partnered with Ultra Commerce and its UC Marketplace platform.

Ultra Commerce implemented a tailored service-based marketplace using Project Bidding, integrated with AlayaCare to create, map, and transmit service requests between systems. It also delivered a bespoke mobile app for providers to manage requests and care notes, helping Proveda streamline operations, centralize information, and achieve a smoother workflow; the rollout was phased due to onboarding and training needs, and provider feedback has been positive.
