L&R Sales, a family-owned wholesale distributor in Worcester serving kitchen, bath and architectural woodworking professionals across New England, faced the challenge of translating its service-first B2B model into a robust eCommerce experience. They needed parent/child account management, a verification/authorization gateway to restrict purchasing to approved customers, live ERP sync for inventory/pricing, personalized pricing visibility, easy invoice payment and reordering, and support for a massive catalog (100 brands and tens of thousands of SKUs). Ultra Commerce was engaged to deliver the eCommerce platform and integration needed to meet these requirements.

Ultra Commerce implemented a new eCommerce-enabled website integrated with L&R’s Agility ERP, configured a complex catalog supporting tens of thousands of SKUs across 100 brands, enabled parent/child accounts, and deployed a permissions engine so only verified customers can complete purchases. The result is synchronized account, order and product data in real time, up-to-the-minute inventory and pricing, streamlined invoice pay and reordering, and a stronger competitive position — delivering measurable scale (100 brands, tens of thousands of items) and a foundation for future growth.
