Eriks, a distributor of industrial components and services, needed to enhance safety and efficiency in its clean manufacturing facility while developing a new service for its customers. To achieve this, they partnered with UltiMaker and implemented a 3D printing hub using UltiMaker S5 printers.

The solution from UltiMaker allowed Eriks to 3D print customized safety tools, jigs, and fixtures, which streamlined operations and eliminated hazards. This resulted in measured savings of €350,000. Furthermore, UltiMaker's ecosystem enabled Eriks to offer a co-engineering service, producing certified, reproducible parts for customers and providing the option to share digital files for in-house printing.
