Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, one of the UK’s largest NHS trusts, was struggling with profile corruption, slow logon times, inconsistent desktop experiences, and more than 900 applications spread across multiple hospitals and sites. Working with Ultima Business Solutions, the trust needed a way to give clinicians fast, reliable access to their personalised desktop and applications from any location.

Ultima Business Solutions helped centralize three hospital IT systems and deliver a major upgrade to Windows 7, Remote Desktop Services 2012 R2, Microsoft App-V 5.0, and AppSense DesktopNow for 7,500 staff.
