The Music Center earns UL’s Verified Healthy Building Mark for 6 facilities

The Music Center, a major performing arts center in Los Angeles, sought to validate its long-standing commitment to indoor air quality (IAQ) and provide confidence to its community as it prepared to reopen following the COVID-19 pandemic. To achieve this, it partnered with UL Solutions to pursue the UL Verified Healthy Building Mark for Indoor Air.

UL Solutions conducted thorough on-site inspections and collaborated with The Music Center's operations team to implement advanced HVAC measures and evaluate cleaning products. As a result of this verification process, The Music Center became the first performing arts center to earn the UL Verified Healthy Building Mark for Indoor Air, providing trusted third-party validation of its healthy indoor environments across its six facilities.
