UL helps Sai Life Sciences Limited shift its paradigm for effective learning

Sai Life Sciences Limited, a pharmaceutical and life sciences company in India, needed a learning management system to replace cumbersome paper-based training logs for more than 2,000 employees across seven sites. The company wanted centralized training management, electronic GxP recordkeeping, faster implementation, user-friendly navigation, stronger compliance monitoring, and integrations with HRMS, single sign-on, UL Create, and Percipio. UL Solutions offered ComplianceWire®, its web-based training and learning management system, to meet these needs.

UL Solutions implemented ComplianceWire® in less than 45 days after a validation-focused selection and audit process, including a physical audit for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and a trial rollout for about 1,800 users. The system gave Sai a qualified, compliant platform for centralized governance, automated reporting, reminders, and e-learning content creation, while supporting about 250,000 assignments per year. Sai reported improved compliance scores above 99.5%, rising to over 99.75% in 2020, along with fewer human errors, faster QMS closure, and better training management across all sites.
