Case Study: RMZ Corp achieves UL Verified Healthy Building recognition with UL Solutions

RMZ Corp, one of Asia’s largest privately owned real estate owners, wanted to strengthen ESG reporting and prove that its buildings support occupant health, comfort, and well-being. With a large and fast-growing portfolio, the company needed a way to go beyond basic compliance and validate indoor air quality efforts in a scientific, credible way. UL Solutions provided the UL Verified Healthy Building program for RMZ Infinity, helping address this challenge.

UL Solutions delivered a detailed assessment that included policy review, on-site audits, performance testing, visual inspections, and verification of policy implementation. As a result, RMZ Corp became the first company in India to earn the UL Verified Healthy Building Mark and only the second outside North America, with audit data also supporting its first GRESB report and informing future design decisions across its portfolio.
