UL Solutions helped LBA Realty earn the UL Verified Healthy Building Mark for Indoor Environment, which evaluates indoor air quality, water quality, building hygiene, lighting and acoustics through on-site inspections, performance testing and policy review. As the first customer in the world to receive this verification, LBA was able to back up its sustainability and wellness efforts with third-party validation, support tenant return-to-office confidence, and also leverage the assessment data to save time and money while earning LEED and Fitwel certifications across its commercial portfolio.
