Otto Group, a global trading and services consortium, needed a more reliable way to collect and manage environmental, social, and supply chain data across its subsidiaries and sites to support its Corporate Responsibility strategy. To improve transparency, controllability, and reporting speed, it turned to UL Solutions and its 360 Sustainability software.

UL Solutions implemented 360 Sustainability to centralize data from 18 subsidiaries and more than 700 sites, with up to 300 employees using the platform and an audit trail created for every entry. The system’s 2,000-indicator structure improved reporting precision, increased transparency, reduced internal queries and coordination work, and helped Otto Group identify cost savings and areas for improvement while meeting tight annual report deadlines.
