Kaffek grows from 13 to 22 countries with UKAD

Kaffekapslen (now Kaffek), a European online coffee retailer, faced technical and operational challenges as it expanded to 22 countries. UKAD deployed a dedicated team that integrated Kaffek’s systems into a centralized Data Warehouse, implemented a Crystallize-based PIM, and added a personalized recommendation engine. The vendor also optimized packaging processes and revamped the platform’s UX/UI. As a result, Kaffek expanded internationally, increased sales, and achieved significant shipping cost savings.
