Elections BC, the non‑partisan Office of the Legislature, needed a turnkey training program to prepare 25,000 election officials across British Columbia. The challenge was to deliver an engaging, easy‑to‑use course for a wide demographic—including many with limited computer skills—while coordinating an in‑person component and allowing 87 local administrators to enroll and track learners in a learning management system.

Using Udutu’s course design and LMS, the program combined simple, accessible online modules with a face‑to‑face element and administrator tools for enrollment and completion tracking. The solution provided 24/7 access and intuitive navigation, enabled 87 local admins to manage learners, and successfully trained all 25,000 officials within the required 60‑day window.
