Challenge Design Innovations is a national specialty design/build firm that creates ropes courses, zip lines, repelling towers and other challenge-course facilities across the U.S. Project Manager Allison Wilson coordinates two field crews and a year-round workload of 12–20 new builds plus 200+ inspections and training jobs for over 300 clients, and the company needed better project organization, estimating, scheduling and reminders after outgrowing an expensive, antiquated database.

They implemented UDA’s ConstructionSuite with OnPlan scheduling, ConstructionOnline/SuiteLink and iPad apps, plus a custom costbook and TotalCare support. Automated reminders keep annual inspections from falling through the cracks, the custom costbook cut estimating time by roughly half, synced mobile access improved field presentations, and switching off the legacy system eliminated high monthly fees—delivering faster, more accurate work, stronger client communication, and measurable cost savings.
